Ratio of length & bredath=7:3

let the ratio of length & breadth be 7x & 3x

perimeter of rectangle =2(l+b)=30

=2(7x+3x)=30

=2×10x=30

=20x=30

=x= 30/20

x=3/2=1.5

new length=1.5×7=10.5

new breadth=1.5×3=4.5

area =l×b

=(10.5×4.5)

=47.25 Answer
