Let the sides be 5x n 3x 
so perimeter will be 2(5x+3x)
ATQ
2(5x+3x) = 320
2*8x = 320
x= 320/16= 20
so the sides r 5* 20= 100 n 3*20= 60

so area = 100*60 m2= 6000m2

As per problem

Perimeter = 320


As we know ,

Perimeter of rectangle = 2( length + breadth)


320 = 2( 5x + 3x)

320 = 2 × 8x

8x = 320/2

8x = 160

x = 160/8

x = 20

Length = 5x = 5 × 20 = 100 m

Breadth = 3x = 3 × 20 = 60 m


Area of triangle = length × breadth.

= 60 × 100

= 6,000 m Sq.
