P = 2(98 + B)

B =  \frac{P}{2} - 98

B =  \frac{346}{2} - 98

B = 173 - 98

B = 75

So, Breadth of Rectangle (B) = 75 cm

Now, We know that Area of Rectangle (A) = Product of Length and Breadth of Rectangle  

A = (L x B)

A = 98 x 75

A = 7350

So, Area of Rectangle is 7,350 cm²
