Let sides be 3x and 5x
A/Q-
2*(3x+5x)=400
2*8x=400
16x=400
x=25
So length is 5*25=125m.

ratio=3:5  so....b=(400)*3/8=150                                                                                                        l=(400)*5/8=250                                                                             so length=250/2=125m                                                                                            breadth=125/2=75m
