ANSWER:- WE KNOW IN RECTANGLE OPPOSITE SIDES ARE EQUAL

SO , 16 cm = 16 cm and 5 cm = 5 cm

FOURTH SIDE = 5 CM

and long method is this ↓

16+5+16+x= 42 cm

37+x=42 cm

x=42-37 = 5 cm
