Let, breadth be x cm then length will be 2x + 4 cm.

Perimeter = 4(x + x + 4)

44 = 4(2x + 4)

11 = 2x + 4

2x = 11-4

2x = 7

x = 7/2

breadth = x = 3.5 cm

Length = x + 4 = 8.5 cm

Area = 3.5 *8.5 = 29.75 cm2
