Answer:

perimeter of a rectangle =48cm

let the lenght be x

and the breadth is 2x +3

perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

48 = 2(x + 2x +3)

48 = 2(3x + 3)

48 = 6x + 6

6x = 42

x = 7

so length is 7 cm

and breadth is 14+3 =17 cm

let the breadth is 2x+3

let the length is x

A.T.Q

2(l+b)=48

2(x+3+2x)=48

2(3x+3)=48

6x+6=48

6x=48-6

x=42÷6

x=7

let the length =x

=7

breadth=2x+3=2×7+3=14+3=17
