⇏ x + 1 = 24/6

⇏ x + 1 = 4

⇏ x = 4 - 1

⇏x = 3

Therefore,

• Length of rectangle, (5x + 4) = 5 × 3 + 4 = 15 + 4 = 19 m
• Breadth of rectangle, (x + 2) = 3 + 2 = 5 m

∴ Hence, Length and Breadth of rectangle is 19 m and 5 m respectively.
