Hey Mate,
Given,
Perimeter of the Rectangle = 52 cm = 2 ( Length + Breadth )
=> Width = ( 1/3 ) Length + 2
If we take Length to be "L" then,
=> 52 cm = 2 ( L + ( 1/3 ) L + 2 )
=> 52 cm = 2 ( ( 3/3 ) L + ( 1/3 ) L + 2 )
=> 52 cm = ( 8/3 ) L + 4
=> 52 - 4 cm = ( 8/3 ) L
=> 48 = ( 8/3 ) L
=> ( 48 ) / ( 8/3) = L
=> 144 / 8 = L
=> L = 18 cm
Now since, length = 18 cm, width = 8 cm ( Since, Width = ( 1/3 ) Length + 2)
Hope it Helps!

perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)
52cm. = 2 ( x+(1/3)x+ 2cm)
52 cm =. 2/3+2x
52cm - = 4/2x
48cm = 2x
48cm× 3 = 2x
144cm = 2x
144/2 = X
72cm = X
length = 48cm
52cm. = 2 ( x+(1/3)x+ 2cm)
52 cm =. 2/3+2x
52cm - = 4/2x
48cm = 2x
48cm× 3 = 2x
144cm = 2x
144/2 = X
72cm = X
length = 48cm
