2l+2b=60
l=60-2b/2

b (b-20)-10 (b-20)=0
b=10 or 20
l=10or 20
2 (l+b)=60
2l+2b=60
l=60-2b/2
l=30-b
lb=200
l=200/b
200/b=30-b
200=30b-b^2
