Solution :

Let :

• Width of Rectangle be w .

According to the Formula :-

60 = 2(l + w)

60 = 2(20 + w)

60 = 40 + 2w

60 - 40 = 2w

20 = 2w

20/2 = w

10 = w

Therefore , The Width of Rectangle is 10 cm.

Check :

60 = 2(l + w)

60 = 2(20 + 10)

60 = 40 + 20

60 = 60
