The perimeter of a rectangle is 60meters. If it's length exceed it's breath by 2 meters. Find it's area.

Perimeter = 60

2(length +breadth) =60

2(l+l-2)=60

2l-2=30

l=16

So length =16m and breadth =14m

So area=length x breadth
