Step-by-step explanation:

Let the breadth of rectangle be x cm

Then the length = ( x + 5 ) cm

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

=> 2(x+x+5) = 62

=> 2(2x+5) = 62

=> 4x+10 = 62

=> 4x = 62-10

=> 4x = 52

: x = 52/4

x = 13

: breadth = x = 13 cm

: length = (x+5) = (13+5) = 18 cm
