Length = 5x Breadth = 3x

perimeter \: = 2(length + breadth)

640 = 2(5x + 3x)

640 = 10x + 6x

640 = 16x

x = \frac{640}{16}

x = 40

So, length = 200m
breadth = 1200m

area = length \times breadth

area \: = 200 \times 1200

area = 240000 {m}^{2}
