Now,

=> 40 + 2b = 64 m,
=> 2b = 24 m,
=> b = 12 m, Now we got the breadth as 12 m ,

Generally Area of rectangle whose length is l and breadth is b is l*b,
Now area = 20*12
=> 240 m²,
