the perimeter of a rectangle is 68 M and length is 24 M find breadth area diagonal

Length = 24 m

Perimeter = 68 m

=> 2(Length +Width) = 68

=> 24 + Width = 34

=> Width = 10 m

diagonal = \sqrt{ {l}^{2} + {b}^{2} } \\ = \sqrt{ {10}^{2} + {24}^{2} } \\ = \sqrt{100 + 576} \\ = \sqrt{676} \\ = 26 \: m


Area = Length*Width

= 24*10

= 240 m^2

perimeter =2(l+b)
68 =2(24+x)
68 =48+2x
2x = 68-48
=20
x= 20÷2
=10
then,breadth=10 meter
area= length × breadth
=24×10
=240 meter
diagonal=26 meter
