the perimeter of a rectangle is 68m and its length is 24m. Find its breadth, area and diagonal

Perimeter = 2 (l+b) = 68m
=) 2l+2b = 68m
=) 48+ 2b= 68m
=)2b= 20
=)b = 10
Breadth = 10m

Area = l×b = 10×24=240m^2

By pythagoras theorem
Diagonal of rectangle = root over l^2+b^2

H^2 == 10^2 + 24^2
H == 100+576
H == root over 676 == 26m

Hypotenuse == 26m
