let the breadth of rectangle be x
according to given condition
length=10+x
now,
perimeter of rectangle=2(l+B)
72=2(10+x+x)
72=2(10+2x)
72=20+4x
72-20=4x
52=4x
52/4=x
13=x
x=13
therefore breadth =x=13 m
length=10+x
=10+13
=23 m

Let the breadth = x
We hv perimeter = 72m
It's length is 10 more than its breadth so length= x+10
Perimeter = 2(l+b)
72 = 2{(x+10)+x}
72 = 2(2x+10)
72/2 = 2x+10
36 = 2x+10
36 - 10 = 2x
26 = 2x
26/2 = x
13 = x
Length = x+10
13+10 = 23m
Breadth = 13m
