perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

now, length = 2breadth = 2b , breadth = b

then ., 75/4 = 2 ( 2b + b )

75/4 = 6b , breadth = 75/24 ..., length = 2 × 75/24= 150/24 = 50/8 ...

now , area = l× b = 75/24× 50/8 = 25/8× 25/4 = 625/ 32m sq ..
