Step-by-step explanati

lenght be 11/4 x an breadth be x

perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

75cm = 2( 11b+ 4b/4 )

75cm = 2* 15b/4 = 30b/4 = 15b /2

75cm *2 = 150cm

150cm/15 = b = 10 cm

breadth = 10cm

lenght = 27.5 cm
