Step-by-step explanation:

square side = 13 m

perimeter of a square = 4 × side

= 4 × 13

= 52 m

rectangle of a length = 16 m

let breadth of a rectangle = b m

perimeter of a rectangle = 2( l+b)

= 2( 16 + b) m

perimeter of a rectangle = perimeter of a square

2( 16+ b) = 52

16 + b = 52 /2

16 +b = 26

b= 26- 16

b = 10 m
