Let Length be x cm.
Breadth = 17/3 cm
Area = 17/3×x
=17x/3 sq m
Perimeter = 2(L+B)
=2(17/3+x)
34/3+2x
Then,
34/3+2x=17x/3
x=34/11 m

let the length of rectangle be 'L cm ' and width be ' B cm '

according to question ,

perimeter of rectangle = its area

2( L + B ) =L × B

given , if the width (B) = 17/ 3 then , L =?

2 ( L + 17 / 3 )= L × 17 / 3

2( 3L + 17 ) / 3 = 17 L / 3

2( 3L + 17 ) =3 × 17L / 3

6L + 34 = 17 L

17L - 6L = 34

11L = 34

L = 34 / 11 cm

therefore , length = 34 /11 cm
