Here the length and breadth of a rectangle is given

length = 2x + 3

breadth = 2x

We have to find the perimeter of the rectangle

Perimeter = 2 ( length + breadth )

Putting the values of length and breadth in the above formula

perimeter = 2 ( 2x + 3 + 2x )

                = 2 ( 4x + 3 )

                 = 8x + 6

Hence, the perimeter of the rectangle will be 8x + 6
