let the breadth be x and length be 2x+2

so，

154=2 (x+2x+2)

154 = 2(3x+2)

154= 6x+4

154-4=6x

150=6x

x=150/6

x=25

breadth = 25

length = 2(25)+2

= 50+2

=52

Perimeter = 2(length + breadth)

$154 = 2(2x +2 + x)$

$154 = 4x + 4 + 2x$

$154 = 6x + 4$

$6x = 154 - 4$

$6x = 150$

$x = \frac{150}{6}$

$x = 25$

Breadth = 25 m

Length = 2×25+2 = 52 m
