For finding the unknown side (Perpendicular) using Pythagoras theorem:

13² = P² + 12²

13² = P² + 12²P² = 169 - 144

13² = P² + 12²P² = 169 - 144P² = 25

13² = P² + 12²P² = 169 - 144P² = 25P= 5 cm

Perimeter = 2 (l + b) = 2 (12 + 5)

Perimeter = 34 cm
