▶hey friend your ans is here ⏬

since the perimeter of rectangle = 2 (l+ b)

then , 2 (l+b) = 140 m

2 ( 40 + b ) = 140 m

b = 30 m

hence breadth of the rectangle is 30 meter.

perimeter= 140m
length= 40 m
breadth=?
perimeter= 2( l+b)
2( 40+b) =140
80+ 2b = 140
2b= 60
b= 30
