Solutions :-

We have,

The perimeter of rectangular field is 162 m

Now,

Let the breadth of field be x

So, Length = 2x

We know,

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(length + breadth)

A/q

=> 2(2x + x) = 162

=> 4x + 2x = 162

=> 6x = 162

=> x = 162/6 = 27

Length = 2x = 2 × 27 = 54

Breadth = x = 27

Find the area of rectangular field :-

Area of rectangle = (Length × Breadth) m²

= (54 × 27) m²

= 1458 m²

Hence,

Area of the rectangular field is 1458 m²

Given :

Perimeter of the rectangular field = 162 m

And the length of the Feild is Twice the breadth of the field .

To Find : Area of the field

Solution :
Assume breadth = x

Then length = 2x

Perimeter of the rectangular field = 162 m

2(Length+Breadth) = 162
2(2x+x) = 162
2(3x) = 162
6x = 162
x = 162/6 = 27

Breadth = X = 27 m
Length = 2x = 2(27) = 54 cm

Now , area of the rectangular field =

length×breadth
54×27 m²
1458m² .

The required area is 1458m² .

Thanks !!
