=> 2 (l+b) = 204

=> 2 [(2x+3)+x)] = 204

=> 2 (2x + 3 + x) = 204

=> 3x + 3 = 102

=> 3x = 102 - 3

=> 3x = 99

=> x = 99/3

=> x = 33
