consider breadth as b and length as 2b
so,
perimeter of rectangle =2(2b+b)
=2(3b)
=6b
3/5=6b
3/5×6=b
3/30=b
0.1=b
l=2*0.1=0.2km

area of rectangle =l*b
=0.1*0.2
=0.02km square
area of rectangle is 0.02 km square
hope it helps☺
