Answer :

›»› The area of rectangular field is 121.5 m².

Given :

  • Perimeter of rectangular field = 4500 cm
  • Breadth of rectangular field = 9 m

To Find :

  • Area of rectangular field = ?

Solution :

Here in this question we have to find the area of rectangular field. So, firstly we need to convert the unit of Perimeter from cm to m, after that we have to find the length of rectangular field, after all this we will find the area of rectangular field on the basis of conditions given above.

→ Perimeter = 4500

→ Perimeter = 4500/100

→ Perimeter = 45 m

→ Perimeter = 2(l + b)

→ 45 = 2(l + 9)

→ 45 = 2l + 18

→ 45 - 18 = 2l

→ 27 = 2l

→ l = 27/2

l = 13.5 m

Now,

→ Area = l * b

→ Area = 13.5 * 9

Area = 121.5

Hence, the Area of rectangular field is 121.5 m².
