Let Lenght be 5x and breadth be 3x

Perimeter =2(lenght + Breadth)

480=2(5x+3x)

480/2 = 8x

240=8x

240/8 = x

30= x

__________

Breadth=3×30=90m
Lenght= 5×30=150 m
__________

Area = lenght × breadth

Area = 90×150

Area = 13500 m²

I hope this will help you

Heya ✋

Let see your answer !!!

Given that

Perimeter of a rectangular field = 480m

Length = ?

Breadth = ?

Area = ?

Solution

Let the length and breadth of the rectangular field be 5x and 3x. Then,

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l + b)

=> 480 = 2(5x + 3x)

=> 480/2 = 8x

=> 240 = 8x

=> x = 240/8

=> x = 30

Hence , length = (5 × 30)m

= 150m

Breadth = (3 × 30)m

= 90m

Area of a rectangular field = length × breadth

 = (150 \times 90)m ^{2} \\ = 13,500m^{2}

Thanks :)))))
