Area of rectangular field=l*b
perimeter =2(l+b)
According to the question,
2(b+l)=84
b+l=84/2=42 ----1
when length is increased by 3m and breadth is decreased by 1
(l+3)*(b-1)=lb+15
lb-l+3b-3=lb+15
3b-l=lb-lb+15+3
3b-l=18 ----2
add 1 and 2
b+l=42
