The perimeter of a rectangular field is 95 if the length of the field is 32.5m, find the breadth of the field

We know that the perimeter of the rectangle =length × breadth

Here, length= 32.5,

Perimeter = 95m.

Therefore, perimete= 2× ( l+ b)

95 =2×(32.5+b)

95= 65+2b

or,95- 65= 2b

or, 30= 2b

or, 2b= 30

or, b= 30/ 2

or, b= 15.

Therefore, breadth = 15m
