Breadth - 11 1/2 = 23/2

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(length + breadth)

= 2(length + 2³ ) = 30

= 2 x Length + 23 = 30

= 2 x Length = 30 - 23

= 2 × Length = 7

= Length = 7/2 cm
