The perimeter of a rectangular flower bed is 26m. If the length exceeds the breadth by 3m, find its dimensions.

perimeter=26m

length=b+3

breadth=b

2 (l+b)=26

l+b=13

b+3+b=13

2b+3=13

2b=10

b=5 m

l=b+3=8 m
