Heya

Here goes your answer

Perimeter of the rectangular garden = 146m

Let the breadth be x

According to the question, length is 2x+4

Perimeter= 2(l+b)

146 = 2(2x+4+x)

146/2 = 3x+4

73 = 3x+4

73-4 = 3x

69/3 = x

23 = x

Breadth = x = 23m

Length = 2x+4 = 2(23)+4= 46+4 = 50m

Hope it helps

Hurricane1: sorry can i correct you 23 will be answer and student 50 its length

Hey mate...

Good morning...

Here you go..!!

======================================
perimeter \: of \: rectangle =2( l + b) \\ thus \: according \: to \: question = > \\ 2(2b + 4 + b) = 146 \\ 3b + 4 = 73 \\ 3b = 69 \\ b = 23 \\ \\ \\ so \: length = 50 \: cm\: and \: breadth \: = 2 3\: cm

HOPE IT HELPS
