area of rectangle = 9600 sq.m.
Given:
Perimeter of rectangle = 400m
Ratio of length and breadth = 3:2
To find:
Area of triangle
Solution:
Let,
The length of the rectangle (l)= "3x"
The breadth of the triangle (b)= "2x"
Therefore,
2(l+b) = 400
2(3x+2x) = 400
2(5x) = 400
10x = 400
x =
x = 40
_____________________
length (l) = 3x
l = 3(40)
l = 120m
breadth (b) = 2x
b = 2(40)
b = 80m

Now,
area of rectangle
= 120 × 80
= 9600 sq.m.
Hence,
area of rectangle = 9600 sq.m.
