perimeter of rectangle = 2( l + b)
196 = 2 (6.4 + b)
196 / 2 = 6.4 + b
98 = 6.4 + b
b = 91.6

LENGTH OF RECTANGULAR GARDEN = 6.4

PERIMETER OF GARDEN = 2(L+B)

196 = 2(6.4+B)

196 = 12.8 +2B

2B = 196-12.8

2B = 183.2

B = 183.2/2 = 91.6cm
