⇒ 189 = 2(10.5 + x)
⇒ 189 = 21 + 2x
⇒ 168 = 2x
⇒ x = 84 m.
We know that Area = length * breadth
⇒ 10.5 * 84
⇒ 882.
Therefore:
⇒ Length of the plot =84 m.
⇒ Area of the plot = 882 m^2.
