l=(x+3)m,b=(x-2)m

perimeter of rectangle=2(l+b)

44=2(x+3+x-2)

44=2(2x+1)

44=4x+2

44-2=4x

42/4=x

x=10.5m

l=10.5+3=13.5

b=10.5-2=8.5
