Let the Breadth of plot be a
Length = 2a + 5
Perimeter = 2 (Length + Breadth)
=> 160 = 2 [ a + 2a + 5]
=> 80 = 3a + 5
=> 75 = 3a
=> a = 25
Breadth of plot = 25 m
Length of plot = 25 × 2 + 5 = 50 + 5 = 55 m
Length = 2a + 5
Perimeter = 2 (Length + Breadth)
=> 160 = 2 [ a + 2a + 5]
=> 80 = 3a + 5
=> 75 = 3a
=> a = 25
Breadth of plot = 25 m
Length of plot = 25 × 2 + 5 = 50 + 5 = 55 m

Hii friend,
Let the breadth of the rectangular plot = X m
Then,
It's Length = 2X+5
Perimeter of the rectangular plot = 160 m
2(Length + Breadth) = 160
2( 2X+5 + X) = 160
2(3X+5) = 160
6X+10 = 160
6X = 160-10
6X = 150
X = 150/6
X = 25 m
Breadth of the rectangular plot = X = 25 m
And,
Length of the rectangular plot = 2X +5 = 2 × 25 +5 = 55 m
