For the first triangle, let the length be x and breadth be y.
For the second triangle, let the length be x+2 and breadth be y-1.

area of first triangle=area of second triangle
xy=xy-x+2y-2
x=2y-2
the Peri. of rect. is 32
so, perimeter=32
2(l+b)=32
2(x+y)=32
x+y=16
2y-2+y=16
3y=18
y=6
when y=6,then,x=10
means length=10,breadth=6.
