Step-by-step explanation:

There will be a correction in the question because the perimeter is actually less than the given length ( 240cm < 63m ) this can't be possible so, the corrections :

→ PERIMETER of the plot = 240cm

→ Length of the plot = 63cm

=> PERIMETER = 2 ( l + b )

=> 240 = 2 ( 63 + b )

=> 240 = 126+ 2b

=> 2b = 240 - 126

=> 2b = 114

\large = > b \: = \frac{114}{2}=>b=

2

114

\large = > b \: = 57cm=>b=57cm

=> \large{\green{\boxed{\green{\boxed{\red{\textsf{b =57cm }}}}}}}

b =57cm

∴ The BREADTH is 57 cm

→ Area of the plot = Length × BREADTH

=> 63 × 57

=> \large{\green{\boxed{\green{\boxed{\red{\textsf{3591 sq.cm}}}}}}}

3591 sq.cm

∴ The area of the plot is 3591 cm²
