let the length be l
let the breadth be b
perimeter=2L+2b
p=2 (l+2+b-1)
p=2 (l+b+1)
32=2L+2b+2
32-2=2 (L+b)
30=2 (L+b)
30/2=L+b
15=L+b
7.5 =L
7.5=b
7.5+2=9.5=Length
7.5-1=6.5=breadth
now to prove that the perimeter will be same:
p=2 (9.5+6.5)
p=2 (16)
p=32
therefore length is 9.5 my, breadth is 6.5 m

hope it helps..
