perimeter of a rectangle = 2(length+breadth)
=100=2(45+b)
=100=90+2b
breadth =5cm
area=45x5=225cm square

2l + 2b = 100cm
l+b=50cm
b=50cm-l
b=5cm

A= l×b
A= 45×5
A= 225 square cm
