Answer:

Perimeter = 2(length×breadth) = 100

Given that,

Length = 35 cm

Breath = ?

So, 2( 35×b ) = 100

35+ b = 100/2 = 50

Therefore,

»» B = 50-35

= 15

Area of the rectangular sheet

»» Length×Breadth

»» 35 × 15 = 525 cm²

hope it helps you.

Given :-

The Perimeter Of A Rectangular Sheet is 100 cm. If the length is 35 cm

To Find :-

  • The Breadth ?
  • The Area

Formula Used :-

\bigstar Using Perimeter:

\dashrightarrow \sf\boxed{\bold{\pink{P/2 - l units}}}\\

\bigstar Using Rectangle Formula :

\dashrightarrow \sf\boxed{\bold{\pink{l × b sq. units}}}\\

Solution :-

Given Equation :

Perimeter = 100cm

Length = 35cm

Let's Find The Breadth:-

2(L+B) = 100

2(35+B) = 100

  \sf  \implies 35 + b =  \frac{100}{2}

  \sf  \implies b = 50 - 35

\sf\boxed{\bold{\red{b = 15cm}}}\\

Breadth Of The Rectangular Sheet = 15cm

Let's Find The Area:-

\sf\boxed{\bold{\red{Area  \: Of \:  The \:  Sheet \:  ^{lxb}  }}}\\

◆ 35×15

◆ 525 sq.cm

◆ 525cm²

So, The Area Of The Rectangular Sheet

\sf\therefore=Area  \: If  \: The  \: Sheet =525cm²
