Answer:

length = 52 ; breadth = 25

Step-by-step explanation:

l = 2b+2

2 (l+b) = 2 (2b+2+b)

2 (3b+2)= 6b+4 =154

So, b =25 ; l =52

Answer: Breadth = 25 m Length = 52 m

Step-by-step explanation:

Let breadth = x

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(Length+Breadth)

Atq, Length = 2m + 2*Breadth

                     = 2 + 2x

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(Length+Breadth)

2 ( 2+2x + x) = 154 m (perimeter = 154 m)

4+4x+2x = 154 m

6x + 4 = 154 m

6x = 154 - 4

6x = 150

x = 150÷ 6

x = 25 m

Breadth = x = 25 m

Length = 2x + 2 = 2*25 +2 = 50 + 2 = 52 m

Now cross-checking -

Perimeter  = 2(2+2x+x) = 2(2+50 + 25) = 4+100+50 = 154 m

154 = 154

∴Our answer is correct
