Let us consider the length and breadth be x and y respectively

According to question

Again by question

$\sf \implies x = 2+2y .......(2)$

Putting the value of x from (2) in (1):

$\sf \implies 2+2y + y = 77 \\\\ \sf \implies 3y = 77-2 \\\\ \sf \implies 3y = 75 \\\\ \sf \implies y = \dfrac{75}{3} \\\\ \sf \implies y = 25$

Thus, the breadth is 25m

Now from (1) we have

$\sf \implies x =2 + 2 \times 25 \\\\ \sf \implies x = 2+ 50 \\\\ \sf \implies x = 52$

Therefore, the length is 52m
