hii!!

here's Ur answer...

given that the length of a rectangle is 2m more than twice it's breadth.

let the breadth of the rectangle be x.

therefore length of the rectangle is 2x + 2

perimeter of the rectangle is given = 154m

therefore 2 ( l + b ) = 154m

==> 2 ( 2x + 2 + x ) = 154m

==> 3x + 2 = 154/2

==> 3x + 2 = 77

==> 3x = 77 - 2

==> 3x = 75

==> x = 75/3

==> x = 25

hence, breadth of the rectangle = x = 25m

length of the rectangle = 2x + 2 = 2 × 25 + 2 = 52m

hope this helps..!!

Let,
Breadth = x
Length = 2x + 2

============================

Perimeter = 2(x + 2x + 2)

 \frac{154}{2}  = 3x + 2 \\  \\ 77 = 3x + 2 \\  \\ 77 - 2 = 3x \\  \\ 75 = 3x \\  \\  \frac{75}{3}  = x \\  \\ 25 = x

Breadth = x = 25 m

Length = 2x + 2 = 2(25)+2=50+2=52m

I hope this will help you
