Answer:

length \:  = 2 \times breadth + 2

perimeter = 2(length \:  + breadth)

154 = 2(b + 2b + 2)

77 = 3b + 2

3b = 75

b = 25

breadth = 25m

length = 2 \times 25 + 2

length = 50 + 2

length = 52m

let \: breadth \: be \: x \\ length \:  = 2 + 2x \\ perimeter \:  = 154 \: m \\ p = 2(l + b) \\ 154 = 2((2 + 2x) + x) \\ 154 = 4 + 4x + 2x \\ 154 = 4 + 6x \\ 6x = 154 - 4 \\ 6x = 150 \\ x =  \frac{150}{6}  \\ x = 25 \: m \\  length = 2 + 2x = 2 + 2(25) = 52 \: m \\ breadth \:  = 25 \: m

hope this helps
